What a fun place to tour with friends !! It was a great time learning all about the distilling process and and the steps involved in flavoring and aging spirits. The tasting was a lot of fun too and our guide was very funny and knowledgeable. Seeing how the alcohol was bottled was also fun. We really enjoyed the different flavored liquors. Great gift shop and the custom-etched bottles is a great gift idea.
After boasting of the customer service and product line at Tom list, I was left embarrassed and disappointed. The first several times visiting it was wonderful, however on Feb 26, 2024 we were left with a bad taste in our mouth. When we asked for a sample, we were so disappointed at the mere "drop" sample which was barely enough to taste. Wow, what an experience. When you walk in, you have no idea what you’re in for. The distillery is huge. The spirits are delicious. Their story is incredible. It’s small. It’s local. It’s awesome! Everything I’ve had from here is delicious and their quality is second to none. Lots of potential here. Make sure you meet Thomas and his wife. They have stories for days! Enjoy. Cheers!
Such a hidden gem. Definitely worth it. About a 45min tour. Including spirit tasting. You get to learn the back story of the owners and how all the spirits are made. You can even order a custom made "art" bottle. My favorite were the apple pie and coffee one. To the point I even bought a bottle of each. Everything is fairly priced also. Definitely will be coming back to buy another bottle as a gift.... (to myself! Lol)
This review is solely for the staff or owners as the products are wonderful. Have done tastings for the past few years and bought multiple bottles but never able to get a tour as the place was always packed. Went in on a rainy Tuesday 1/16/24 around 10:30, the place was empty, but yet my wife was told by the two people reading books at the front desk that maybe they could fit us in Wednesday afternoon if we try back.
