had a haircut here last week and I’m very happy with the experience. The stylist took plenty of time and explained everything very kindly and clearly. I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was, and the haircut was done with great care. I’m very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend this place!

I bought 3 small items and it came in a huge box with ZERO packaging. One of the products was glass and it obviously smashed and went everywhere. Upon emailing Lissom, their first response was classic gaslighting “no one else has ever had this problem” and were absolutely unwilling to admit to any wrongdoing regarding the obvious lack of protective packaging. My order didn't arrive (from one month previously) and I've received no response to my emails, calls or text messages. Very disappointing and such a waste of money.

I bought from their online store and one of the items was out of stock. They were really nice and informed me as soon as possible. They even added some freebies, refunded me promptly, and shipped my parcel the next day. It was a smooth and quick experience. I highly recommend their online store.
