We recently moved into the neighborhood and are super happy with our beautiful new home! Also, Lisso is a diverse neighborhood, which we love, with lots of happy families who enjoy their evening walks with their pups and kiddos. There is a lovely walking trail that lines the entire neighborhood, the landscaping is beautiful and thoughtfully done (wildflowers everywhere!), and the amenities (soccer field, pool, veggie garden, butterfly garden etc) are a really nice touch to build community with neighbors. CONS: Be careful about the warranty. Find all issues upfront before signing, take pictures with timestamps. Ask for the paint color upfront and check the bottom of your cabinet installs everywhere and floors. They take a very long time and still do not address the problems, stating that it's a city problem or that it's your problem as the buyer. I have clients building a home here. This is a great new neighborhood in Pflugerville. We are working with Nick Smith. He's really great to work with. This is my 2nd Taylor Morrison home this year. Good quality and a good value.
