This place is ridiculous they are charging for grass all time it's absurd hoa is full of money schems plus I have videos of school buses passing by over 50 miles per I have to scream for them to slow down no speed bumps ..no Christmas lights until December only. And for one plant that hits payment you get charged when u call office they are clueless and won't talk to u and they. Don't respond to a lot of us just read the comments..U will post videos soon..

HOA is actually insane here and they give you a fine like almost every week for random things even if they are taken care of. It smells like trash during certain days outside due to the recycling center. The pool access code never works and also the house warranty items take forever. Know that going in that it’s a bit of a headache with not really the community but dealing with the housing folks.
We recently moved into the neighborhood and are super happy with our beautiful new home! Also, Lisso is a diverse neighborhood, which we love, with lots of happy families who enjoy their evening walks with their pups and kiddos. There is a lovely walking trail that lines the entire neighborhood, the landscaping is beautiful and thoughtfully done (wildflowers everywhere!), and the amenities (soccer field, pool, veggie garden, butterfly garden etc) are a really nice touch to build community with neighbors.
