He is thorough, competent and works with the patient to enable passing the physical (e.g., allowed me to relax to reduce my blood pressure, facilitated a name change that was not conveyed on MedXPress, allows the patient to hold the near vision card so we don't have to deal with external holder wobble, etc.) He does all this with a sense of humor and connects with the patient.
