Went there last Saturday around 8pm for a date. We walked in and a few people working there were sitting at the bar — they looked at us — then turned right back around and proceeded their conversation. Cool. The owners Liz and Catrina are very kind and friendly. They have a great team working for them. They have been very nice and accommodating to and my guests.
We ordered a vegan soul plate and a shrimp rich boy sandwich for delivery. It took almost an hour to get the food and what we received was missing items and of poor quality. The vegan plate as missing an item and the rice was dry and old so basically we got greens, dry Brussel sprouts (no glaze), and old rice for $17. The sandwich was soggy and crab meat did not taste fresh. Fries were also stale. This was really disappointing and we will not order from this place again.
When we arrived, we weren’t aware that booking a table also required an RSVP\. However, Liz and the rest of the front greeters were extremely accommodating, especially with me being pregnant and wanting to be there to support my sister for her birthday\. They even brought out a folding chair for me when we realized we had more people than available seating, which I truly appreciated\. OMG they have this spare rib that is just straight up to die for and their sauteed spinach is delicious as well. Oh and the chicken wing OMG🤣
