I have been a patient since the opening of this practice, staff inviting and reception is warm and inviting, you feel valued, great location and the emergency clinic is a welcoming addition
Hit and miss clinic. My wife went with a severe blocked ear and pain all this Sri Lankan female doctor did was have a quick look and tell her to use wax drops. Even someone as a medical student would tell you you can't use ear drops if there is an underlying infection. She was in agony all weekend and on Monday ended up going to our local clinic paying $90 but the GP had a closer careful look put her on drops to reduce swelling and pain and then see the nurse when pain reduced to syringe out the wax. I just find another world... In 15 years I have changed at least 20 GP doctors for many reasons. Never been happier. Dr Brenda is just beyond to be prepared, attentive, caring and professional and so all the staff. Nurses, receptionists are so kind, so nice ad OMG really really patience. Well done all of you. Just wish the owner will pay you more for all the good job you do every day.
