The urgent care clinic is such an amazing service. I wish there was one in Ballina, or just more attending doctors at this one (but that’s a nsw gov problem). It’s a great alternative to crowded waiting rooms in our hospitals. Thank you for the care 🙏
4 hour wait to get 2 young kids in just to get some repeats. Don't waste your time. Book an appointment somewhere else

So far it's been an experience of ease, professionalism and friendliness. Readily available Doctors who are kind and considerate, helpful receptionists and a spacious waiting room.
