El servicio al cliente pésimo poco personal para atender los que llegan nuevos los que salen de la oficina. Le dan la cita a uno para la 1:00 pm y sale uno a las 4:00 pm algo absurdo y si uno llega 5 a 10 minutos tarde te cancelan por llegar tarde pero si ellos se tardan en llamar a uno, luego llaman a uno y está encerrado en la oficina otra hora más esperando a la doctora cuando llega uno le dice para lo que va y no está con uno ni 10 minutos se mete en la oficina entre paciente a paciente y se queda buen tiempo en la ofici... read more
Los medicamentos nunca llegan a la framacia. Tengo que estar llamando y siempre me contesta el call center. No hay manera de hablar con alguien en la oficina del doctor. Llevo esperando meses por un medicamento y no se ponen de acuerdo. Me tienen en un círculo llamando a la farmacia, al seguro
I had a teli vist with the Doctor Quinones to find out an hour and a half after she wasn't going to attend me because she need my old Doctors record to see and evaluate me..What kinds of Doctors refused to see patient that is in need of medical treatment .Smh very disappointed with this Doctor didn't even have the common courtesy to personally address the situation.. left the nurse and receptionist to do her job Where is the Care in the Doctor for the Patients .
