I currently live in Lyle and let me tell you guys do not move here. This place is so ghetto. It has trash in the hallways. The laundry takes your money away. It smells it smells like poop there’s feces in the elevator
Lisle Place Condos have made a 180 deg turn from past with the new board & mgmt. It is now a great place to call home and is safe & secure once again. Ing
Ever since the old board of directors was voted out, this place has been on the rise. They throw parties for the community, the kids get together for Christmas at the clubhouse, people work together to help clean up messes and work on gardens. I've seen so much improvement over the past year or so, it's impressive how much work they are doing. I'd definitely recommend this place to young couples looking for a starter home. Great school district too, with an amazing elementary school nearby!
The washing machines continue to steal your coins. This has been an ongoing problem for months now and management refuses to respond and acknowledge the problem. Not only are residents unable to do their laundry, they also have their money stolen in the process. Our landlord is great, but the building and management itself, is absolutely terrible!
If the old management is not gone yet, don't worry, inga and her cronies will be sleeping with the fishes soon. Literally. Great place to live and quiet.
