I had a great experience with this office! Couldn’t have asked for anything better, they were extremely helpful and made the process of removing my wisdom teeth extremely easy. Definitely would recommend!
Terrible .I took my grandson there he needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled in the hospital. Had to wait for a couple months to get a slot scheduled. The DAY BEFORE the surgery I got a call saying it was canceled due to the insurance not being approved. They tell me this the day before. If I had known I would have also been in contact with the insurance also. I'm actually thinking it wasn't approved because the dentist office dropped the ball with the insurance co. The surgeon was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Everything healed beautifully.
(note: written during COVID times) Our first impressions of Dr Stevens are very positive. While some areas are not allowing parents in the room for the consult once the child is 18+, Dr Stevens does. He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Having a tooth pulled sounds scary, but rest assured if needed Dr. Stevens is who you want to take care of you. I’ve needed 4 teeth pulled and I’ve gone to him every time. When you walk in you’re greeted by the friendliest people. Everything is explained to you and they make sure you’re ok. The best part is how fast the procedure is. Dr. Stevens is the best.
