I visited Lisle Nail Lounge a few days ago for a simple full set, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the service, the technician applied so much pressure while working on my nails that I began bleeding and experienced severe pain. I told her that I was in pain, but the service continued, including on my other nails, while I was visibly uncomfortable and shaking. I am still experiencing significant pain today. This was my first time at Lisle Nail Lounge, I had a no-chip manicure and regular pedicure done. Staff was very nice, however within a few hours there was significant bubbles popping up in the gel polish. I’m not sure if it was due to poor application or undercuring. As well as this, there was no base coat or top coat applied for my pedicure, even though I believe these should be a standard part of the service even with regular polish.
