Don and the folks at Lisle Auto & Tire are the best in the business. I have been bringing cars to him for nearly a decade and I have many examples of his honesty and integrity. There were many occasions where he could’ve sold me parts or services that I did not need and instead he always treated us with honesty, fairness, great service and kindness. These guys are great at their jobs and even better humans.
I’ve been dealing with them for a few months now and this visit was just for a minor oil leak check. They remembered my previous service history, which made the process smoother. Found a slightly loose drain plug and fixed it without overcomplicating things. I didn’t feel pressured into extra services this time, which I appreciate. It’s not a luxury workshop, but they’re consistent and straightforward. As long as that continues, I’ll likely keep returning.
