I went to Liskeard Community Hospital yesterday for a USS. Lovely helpful staff in a building that was clean and tidy, unlike other Hospitals that I could mention. The appointment was right on time and ALL the staff were very friendly and answered ALL my questions. As far as I am concerned I can not fault this Hospital. Well done Kernow NHS. Thank you for your service.

Karen and Lee belittled my Mum, kept her in wet pads, wrong meals, said she was independently mobile in order to get her out in cohort with social worker. Over a month from discharge mum is housebound hasnt left her room, struggling generally as the care plan is not being followed and they just class it as depression too easy to dish out antidepressants to gloss over than delving into the real issue which is slowly with the right help from the right people

The trust so called managers need to addresthe internal bullying atmosphere especially on Oak Ward , this is an ongoing issue staff hate working on this ward due to despicable bullying of the middle and senior management on there Nancy and the dreaded Sister there . This is abuse, this is bullying of staff who feel they can't react to the ongoing negative from staff who should know better This will be not be ignored any longer and the people who have allowed this to continue will beheld accountable
