Not to mention, once I moved in, she had a Concierge service transfer utilities and she even found me a yard man. If you're looking for a realtor who is active, available, and all about her clients, I highly recommend Liska Sims, Re... read more
Liska is a fabulous realtor. I wasn’t the easiest client to work with during the buying process. Liska was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable in the lending area as well. We successfully closed on my home today. The entire process took less than a month. From now on, I will be referring Liska to all of my friends!
Liska was absolutely amazing to work with! She was professional, courteous, and always had her client’s best interest at heart. I would highly recommend her!

Realtor, Liska Sims is the absolute best. She was our realtor two yrs ago when we sold our home. We decided to contact her again when we found another home we wanted to purchase. This entire process happened very fast for us. Every time I began to feel overwhelmed, she was right there to relieve any & all stress or anxiety. She thought of everything and assured us, we didn’t have anything to worry about. Every question, every concern I had for the builder, loan officer, whomever, she was right there to ensure all of my/our q... read more
