Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called multiple times just to schedule an appointment, and every person kept asking me to explain my husband’s immigration situation from the beginning. Instead of helping, they repeatedly transferred me to someone else. Each time I was transferred, the next person had no idea why I was on the line, so I had to repeat everything all over again. I saw advertisements for the Lisinski Law Firm on TikTok and X. The firm appeared professional, and after dealing with other attorneys who wanted to charge me $3,000 just to prepare and file my DACA paperwork—on top of the government filing fees—I decided to give Lisinski a chance.
