I had a colonoscopy on September 24th at CMGH. The entire process was excellent. From the first welcome by volunteers. To the entire staff in the department, including nurses and doctors. Thank you.
Had a procedure that did not work. Made two phone calls to his office over a couple of weeks to try to get more information to find out what he found, what can I expect for recovery, why am I still in severe pain, what can I do next, etc with no return call. Even 3 weeks later. Someone in his office took pity on me , I suspect she heard the pain in my voice, andsaid she would try to find out more but of course never did get back to me. Dr. Lisi is a fantastic doctor, compassionate, friendly, and attentive to my concerns. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been positive. After my consultation, he promptly scheduled both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy within a week. The procedure was right on time, and I was back home before lunchtime. I truly appreciate his professionalism and care.
Top surgeon with terrific interpersonal skills. He has performed three procedures on me over the years all of which were extremely professionally executed. Highly recommend.
