I have been waiting 8 months for a declatory judgement on my uncle's car. They just don't seem to have a grasp on things, and my stuff keeps getting pushed back. This is a 4 month process at most, but mine is up to 8 months now. She's a nice attorney, but delegates the work out to her staff and she doesn't follow up with things to see how things are going. Meanwhile I've had to pay taxes on the car and can't sell it cause I can't get the title .
