Appt at 3.10pm. went at 3pm and was told 5 people ahead so wait. Went in at 4.10pm (for 3.10pm appt) and now there are 10 people ahead of me. The concept of time management is totally different here. Save yourself a pain and go somewhere where dr works in the same timezone as you live - not sure which timezone this practice operates at.
Wait time is ridiculous.. everytime I have to wait 60 to 75 mins before doctor sees me. The actual appointment is only max 5 to 10 mins. Very unorganized receptionist
“Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was disappointing. I often felt dismissed and struggled to communicate my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this practice based on my experience. I have no choice and I have to leave this doctor forever. Now I am looking for a different family doctor.
