I disagree with these negative reviews after having the pleasure of having Dr. Akers as my personal physician for some time. I have always found her extremely knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, and helpful. She has shown an outstanding memory for my prior issues and needs which shows she values me as a client and as a person, and has always bent over backwards to help with pharmaceutical issues that I’ve experienced. I absolutely recommend her as your GP and will be devastated to ever lose her care. Thanks Dr. A!
Was a new patient due to the needed of a Spanish speaking doctor and was advised Dr Aykers was best for the need. Her Spanish is very broken and she needed me to explain the wording needed. Been taking a med needed for my anxiety for years from multiple doctors recommended and was advised as a new patient of hers that I needed to consult the previous doctor or see a psychiatrist and was unable to refill the meds needed for my condition. Elder abuse? Sure did feel like it on my end. Definitely would NOT recommend Aykers
