I had a very very bad experience with his law firm I contact him for information. They told me they would send me an engagement letter, simply for the benefit of reviewing their how they operate, and then to call them back with questions and send them detailed documents. Instead, I get a volume of emails written reminders to pay their bill. Abby and Ashley recently handled a closure on the purchase of a home for our daughter. There were significant issues with the mortgage broker that were NOT caused by Lisenby & Associates. The time and effort they put in to do all they could to make it happen was incredible - their professionalism beyond incredible.
