Very experienced and knowledgeable practitioner with many ideas and insights regarding management of pelvic floor. I highly recommend Lise. She is also very compassionate and easy to talk to.
I'm so grateful to Lise for helping me resolve an issue with pain in the tailbone/coccyx area. Other practitioners were not able to help me but Lise persevered to find answers and gave me lots of advice to be able to help me understand my body and to help myself. Lise takes a holistic approach to health and is very thorough. Going for treatments felt like going to see a friend! Highly recommended.
Lise is very knowledgeable, kind and willing to work with the client. She has helped me immensely through the last 9 months recovering from twin pregnancy and birth (mainly muscle separation, pelvic floor recovery, digestive issues, regaining core strength) and provided me with a greater understanding of how to care for my body holistically. Would 100% recommend!
