Staff was very nice about fixing what had happened to my cat and their mistake, though I won't be taking my animals back here
I adopted 2 senior cats as a pair, two weeks after I got them one developed an eye infection, she was eating and drinking and me cleaning it was helping it calm down. The other cat developed one as well and she couldn't eat or drink and was throwing up everything she took down instantly. After 2 days she grew weak and was unable to move.
