Not professional. She’s not open when her hours say. Wasted my lunch 2 days in a row going and it’s not open. No sign saying why or posts on social media.

I tried being a loyal customer, but that is very hard when Lisa doesn’t respect her customers time. It’s been three weeks now that I have tried daily to get my eyebrows done, but she was never open at her advertise hours or always on a break. I came early in the morning when she was supposed to open and she was also gone and it was only 1130. Just save yourself and go somewhere else where they’re more accommodating and actually even Able to see you in a timely manner and with respect.
