I always stress about getting my haircut because it's normally a sour experience for me. Lisa was great, talked me though everything before the cut and even checked in to make sure I was okay while cutting my hair. Highly recommend.
The workers exchanged words and a man got up shaking his head no and mumbling under his breath. I asked if he could clean and cut sides of my toenail before painting them (ingrown toenail). He said I can’t! I did already! It doesn’t come out! Then dug in my toe aggressively (and the dirt and gunk came out). After, I showed him a reference photo for the toe nail painting and he responded “you think I can’t paint nails! You don’t trust me!”. The experience was terrible from beginning to end.
