love her and she does a great job! my lashes last for over 3 weeks!
Lisa was really nice but unfortunately this was a really bad experience for me. The glue burned my eyelids a lot, which has never happened before, and there was a lot of cutting on my lashes that was really uncomfortable. Additionally, I asked for 13s on my lashes and mainly got 11s and 12s which are too short, she didn’t ask me before she did this and I don’t really like how short they are. No hate to her as a person but this was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had in lashes. I’d really like a refund.
Lisa is without a doubt the beauty expert in WNY! All her services are executed in a fabulous manner along with excellent personal care and kindness. Lisa is the leading lash technician in the area ! Her service is timely coupled with beautiful results ! I will never go to another lash technician !
