Today is my birthday, and I booked a lash appointment for 9:00 a.m, and paid a $40 deposit to secure the spot. I arrived on time but no one was there, the place was still closed at 9:30 a.m. I tried to be patient, but this is completely unprofessional, especially after paying a deposit and planning this for a special day. Definitely not the experience I expected or paid for.
I guess I should have listened to the previous reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. First appointment went great. Lashes looked good. But then as I'm waiting for my second appointment in their business, I received a text saying that they need to cancel. They gave me a 4 minute heads up as I'm sitting in the establishment. I am absolutely in love with Lisa’s work on my lashes! Not only are my lashes always amazing, her shop is a great vibe full of energy and good laughs!
