I guess I should have listened to the previous reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. First appointment went great. Lashes looked good. But then as I'm waiting for my second appointment in their business, I received a text saying that they need to cancel. They gave me a 4 minute heads up as I'm sitting in the establishment.
