My mother, Alice Wojcik, recently passed on and my sister-in-law and I went to Lisa's Flowers From The Heart. I had spoke with my brothers, and had an idea of what we wanted, knowing my mother had requested roses. After some brief chatting, she gave us an album of arrangements she had previously created. I called Lisa's directly to order a balloon bouquet for my nephew who was in the hospital. She was polite and very understanding! I asked if she had a toy truck in stock to deliver with the balloons to use as a weight, and she was willing to go out and buy one, just for me! She promised same day delivery and my nephew was thrilled! I prefer dealing directly with a florist so I can get that extra personal touch and Lisa delivered!
