Threw a 50th birthday party for my mom here and the space was great. Very spacious and perfect for our event. The owner, Mr. Pham, was extremely professional when it came to handling business matters. Bottom line: either hire their cleaning staff as offered in the contract or make sure you clean up properly yourself and you’ll get your deposit back. We got ours back with no issues.
