I've been very depressed lately and decided to do something for myself and get my brows done. You guys absolutely ruined my brows, charged me 20 dollars after I complained, and you didn't even see the mess. I have a presentation in an hour, and im literally shaking and crying in my car. You made a bad day worse, and now I look ridiculous.
I came in this morning to fix a broken nail… $12 for terrible service. The polish on my other nails was light pink, and they applied white instead—not to mention the nail is uneven! I will never come back again
