EDIT: There were some substantial lapses in their customer service dropping them from an original five star to a four star. New patient. 10:40 a.m. appointment. Arrived 10:25 a.m. Immediately assisted by front desk staff. Provided paperwork to complete. Sat down. Before halfways completed with paperwork (less than 5 minutes), was called to the back.
