She does not keep her clients up to date on there cases. I was checking on my case for over 6 months on the internet and it said there was no case. Called Delgado office and decided to travel over an hour to get there just to find out she had our money order sitting in our file she never sent it out until we showed up. She said its up to the client to remember when the work permits are up. When she was in the other office we were always informed on our case someone always called us not anymore.
