I have to admit...I love the staff at BCH. They have always been amazing, caring, and thorough. Except for one staff member in particular which is Lisabeth Hall. I did not realize, upon this last visit, that she was the same doctor I saw in 2021 who did not listen to what I had to say, scolded me for not doing something that a doctor at another time told me to do (which had nothing to do with why I was there) spoke down to me in a dismissive, arrogant way and told me to go home. I always feel understood and well cared for by Dr. Hall.
Dr Hall & staff are very kind, supportive & helpful. The only issue is for patients to understand that whatever time your appt is, you need to arrive & be ready 20 min before the official 'time'.
Dr. Hall is thorough, attentive and personable. I have faith in her treatment and recommendations.
