In my experience with them. She does not treat seniors very well. I reprimanded my senior grandmother for being 5 minutes late to an appointment. When we called and said, we were late coming in, like, also receptionist, were rude on phone and when came time to refill a medicine the my grandma needed to live we waited 3 extra after calling and calling we are changing our pcp

I have been going to Dr Zapotocky for a couple years now and have had positive experiences. She is personable, detailed and genuinely interested in my well being. The office is very busy and there may be some office staff confusion when handling the automated text system when confirming appointments etc but for the most part they do their best to correct any miscommunications.
I’ve been very pleased with appointments I’ve had with Doctor Lisa Zapotocky of Lakewood Ranch Medical Group Primary Care - Rye Road. The Doctor has always taken the time to explain everything to me. Dr Zapotocky is very knowledgeable and very professional. I recently had a scheduled Wellness appointment. Dr. Lisa Zapotocky focused on maintaining and improving my health.
