DR. Zapotocky, Md. is wonderful. She listened to me. We had just moved to Florida from Idaho. I needed a primary care MD. She responded and immediately refilled my prescriptions and ordered medical tests and referral to other specialists for my needs. I sincerely thank her for the wonderful care and attention.

Dr Zapatocky has been my primary care doctor for 2 years and has yet to learn me or my medical history as a patient. I called the office to see if I could drop off a disability form and they said she would sign the form but had to make an appointment. I went in and she was very rude and advised me that I was late for my appointment which I was not but exactly on time and the office staff had me fill out paperwork on everything they already had. She was great. I had a doc and she saw me last minute due to an issue I was having and I found her care and overall analysis of my medical issue better. I switched to her as my primary on the spot
I had been going to Dr. Zapotocky for almost 2 years. There definitely is a communication issue in the office for whatever reason, and it became a huge problem. It was difficult to get refills, referrals done quickly or even phone calls returned, and I finally decided to leave and go elsewhere. If you just need a PCP for just wellness checks, she would be great, but if you have more serious health issues like I have, this office is probably not the best choice.
