I really liked Lisa’s energy and intake for our appointment, she was thoughtful and asked good questions about my history. The session with her was really surprising, I felt her unblock quite a few spots on my body and she worked to get to the root of some of my more deeply blocked and injured areas (hip and shoulder). She is thoughtful and I would go back for sure. She also gave me some things to work on that would help me unblock my energy on my own. Great experience

Lisa worked wonders with my daughter, who had been in bed for three days with a headache. After visiting doctors without any relief, Lisa was able to get rid of the headache in minutes. Miraculous!
Lisa is literally a lifesaver! She helped get my nervous system out of fight or flight mode, and I couldn't be more thankful. As a traumatic brain injury survivor, my brain can be kind of tricky to work with, but Lisa was able to get things moving correctly after only a few appointments. She is an amazing cranial sacral massage therapist and great with lymphatic drainage.
