Very expensive but through! Very personable with a thorough screening process. However, she didn't seem very money saving with the pet owner's finances as a concern. She recommended very expensive rare tests that I have never heard of before at outrageous costs. We then took our pet to another vet and this vet saw no need for giving so many expensive tests. Otherwise, Dr. Whalen is a very thorough vet if you have unlimited amounts of money to spend.
