Lisa helped me buy my first house and was perfect at helping me every step of the way. Very knowledgeable about the local area and was quick to get me into contact with morgage brokers, solicitors and building inspection services. 10/10 service.
Horrible experience trying to organise a rental with Ms Wegener, Me and my partner applied for a rental and organised an inspection with Ms Wegener only to wait there for 30 minutes after the scheduled time and multiple failed attempts trying to reach Ms Wegener did we finally get a call back, on which she informed us the property has been rented and admitted it was her failure of communication. Lisa has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process of buying my first home. She has been great at explaining processes to someone that hasn't been through them before and is a really genuine, friendly person. Her knowledge and honesty about the property itself was great and her timeliness in communication and proactiveness allowed me to settle rapidly, as I wished to do so. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking to buy or sell.
We cannot speak highly enough of Lisa and her small team. We leased a property through her agency 18 months ago. A few months into the lease, our son was diagnosed with luekaemia which turned our world upside down. Lisa called and offered whatever help she could before her and her husband delivered our family a beautiful home cooked meal with desserts.
