Things have started to go downhill and I am not sure what is going on. My appointment was cancelled in June and I was left a message that someone would call me to reschedule. I have yet to receive a call over the past 2 months. I have called probably 15 times over the course of the 2 months with no one ever answering the phone. I have called 4 times this week and left voicemails with still no return call meanwhile i have an expired nexplanon inside of my arm I need taken out

Dr Lisa has been my OBGYN for over 20 years. She's the best and I wouldn't trade her for anything BUT her office staff leaves much to be desired. Rarely do I ever have her office phone answered. I'm not sure if it's a short staff issue but it is frustrating 😕
Dr. Lisa has been my OBGYN for almost 20 years. She's awesome. HOWEVER, the last few times I've been in I've seen her NP Briana Mcginnis. Mcginnis is pushy and condescending. If you aren't looking for an argument over your concerns or family planning choices, she's not for you. She discounts my personal experiences in favor of what SHE likes best. I'll never return to this practice because of her.
