Terrible. Unresponsive, careless, disorganized. Even her assistant was terrible. They take your retainer and file extension after extension, getting nothing done for months. I finally had to go with another firm because it was such a mess at Lisa Ward's firm, and nothing was getting done. She'll have a good consult at the beginning, and then go missing and unresponsive. All I needed was temporary child support, and she couldn't even file for that in time for me.
