I had my appointment with Nurse Practictioner Ms. Lisa Wallace, during my short waiting time she send me to the lab for a work-up, when I got in to my appointment, I had my weight and blood-pressure checked which were mostly in the normal range. Wait time to be seen is too long in my opinion
Care providers Lisa Wallace I am writing to share my recent experience, which I found to be very disappointing. I understand that my primary doctor was unavailable; however, my visit with Lisa Wallace did not meet expectations. I waited in the patient room for over 45 minutes before she entered, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay.
