Care providers Lisa Wallace I am writing to share my recent experience, which I found to be very disappointing. I understand that my primary doctor was unavailable; however, my visit with Lisa Wallace did not meet expectations. I waited in the patient room for over 45 minutes before she entered, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. Would NOT recommend and will never return to her office. She was very rude, dismissive, and did not take my concerns seriously. After still voicing how scared I was about my symptoms she rudely said “Well what do you want me to do” and as I was leaving she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. I felt rushed and unheard, and my questions were brushed off rather than addressed.
I love my doctor. She is always attentive to my needs. She is very nice and personable.
Ms Wallace is an excellent medical care provider. The staff in her office are top notch. She and her staff are kind and give their patients the absolute best care possible. I highly recommend them!
