ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE! My wife has waited over an hour for each of her three appointments at this office. She had an appointment at 9 am again this morning and decided to leave after sitting in the office until 945am. When asking the front desk if Dr. Vernon was delivering a baby or busy, they said no she just isn't in yet. If this happened once or even twice we would understand, but this is completely unacceptable. They scheduled her previous appointment on the wrong date as stated in other reviews. Dr Vernon is knowledgeable, confident and cares a lot about her work and patients. She cared for me during my pregnancy and I had a wonderful experience with my delivery. She answers questions without judgement and is direct with her conversations which I appreciate. She is light hearted and very kind. I would only have another child if I knew I could have Dr Vernon as my OB. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent doctor during their pregnancy.
Dr Vernon is a warm, compassionate doctor. She's patient and explains everything thoroughly. This was my first visit and I felt very comfortable.
Unprofessional office staff..Do not recommend. Was never told Dr. Mcfarland wasent there anymore in the three phone calls I had with the office staff.
