Lisa called us to arrange a meeting because our house insurance premium was due in a month. We were already aware that the new premium was increasing. We sat down with Amanda who was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. After a quick game of 20 questions and many clicks on her keyboard, she told us our new revised premium. It was lower! Who expects any insurance premium to be less than the previous one? Way to go Amanda and State Farm!
