Started out fine. Soon found out that follow-up s are not their strongest point. Assigned another audiologist was okay first two. But again promised follow up s but hasn't happened yet. Took 2+ months to get thru as their system & left messages were not done. Never seen head audiologist again. Not the services I become used too in Tucson.
