I have been seeing Lisa for the past 4 years and I really enjoy our meetings. She is an amazing listener but also provides enriching feedback to help you find yourself on your journey. I’ve really gotten to know myself better and she has helped by pointing me in the right direction for any triggers or just dealing with limiting beliefs. She has changed my life completely. I’m closer to myself more than ever. I have seen Lisa for over 7 years. She really helped me through a very dark time in my life and continues to help me with various strategies etc. No doubt I am a much happier person because of what I have learned from seeing her. Not only have I been helped but Lisa has empowered me to be a better parent. There are so many tools now in my toolbox to help me to enable my children to be happier too. I know there is always more I can grow and look forward to working with Lisa to accomplish all of my goals.
