Favorite place for yoga
I attended prenatal yoga classes and was absolutely delighted. The exercises are gentle, safe, and truly effective — the tension in my back is gone, breathing has become easier, and I’m sleeping much better😍
The studio in the review photos appears to be an old location. The Belmont studio is behind a beauty salon, down the gangway and into a poorly insulated building in the back, through a random unlabeled gray door. It’s literally just a room without a bathroom, with no space to sit down while you wait for class. You basically walk in while another class is in progress, it felt intrusive. I had a hard time finding a yoga studio that truly resonated with me. Every time, something felt off—until I found this place. Here, I finally discovered joy and peace. The instructors are wonderful—attentive, professional, and incredibly skilled. This is real space, where I can completely disconnect from outside worries and dedicate time to my mind and body. Thank you so much to Lisa and her amazing team🤍
Such an aesthetic, clean and beautiful space! I love both rooms and every workout taken there. It’s just another type of energy & great vibes and I wish everyone can experience it.
