Very nice and helpful with questions. Efficient, fast, and professional.
Everyone here is so helpful and proficient at their jobs! They make me feel welcomed each and every time. I always get a little nervous going into an appointment, but they listen to my needs and make the experience so much better.
I was highly surprised this dentist office questioned my need to pre medicate. No other dentist office has questioned the need to pre medicate because of a foreign object in my body. I was told to check to make sure it was necessary. Also, I believe I am being billed incorrectly. My EOB from my insurance does not indicate I had a past due balance. I was charged a past due balance plus current service.
Appt at 1100. All went well
Great experience. Trina was thorough and quick. My only suggestion is for her to speak a little louder.
