Discusting lack of Real Honest and Courtesy of returning calls. Reception team.seemed lovely. PROPERTY RENTAL Manager named Leanne never returned calls. Lied obviously about my application process and I was given.miss direction for over 3 weeks since applying for a business useage property. Realway Hervey Bay mismanaged my rental property for 4 years. In the last year I had to remind the agent that the lease was ending. On final inspection I found multiple areas of natural wear and tear which was reported by the tenant but never passed on and other damage done by tenant which was also not passed on. I have given the go ahead on repair jobs that were never completed including a electrical wiring job that I noticed 3 years after approving. Agent said many of the jobs were not reported.
