Dr Skinner was nice, knowledgeable, I have no issue with her personally. I saw her one time for an annual exam, brand new patient. I was charged an extra $176.00 for an extra visit that didn’t happen. I called, had it reviewed and still had to pay it even though they couldn’t find where I had been to see her 2 times. One visit, charged 2 times. I won’t be going back, I can’t afford to see her! If you are new to her office even though you are an existing Mercy patient, ask about extra charges!
