I struggled for 4 years with reoccurring Bartholin cysts and abscesses, enduring the drainage procedure 5-6 times (it was so traumatic I lost track, these are AWAKE procedures). Dr. Shakerin has been my ObGyn for the last 31 years. I have 3 daughters. She delivered my 1st one. To say I love her is an understatement. She has been the best! She is kind, compassionate, gentle, & really listens to her patients. She is retiring & I am so very sad for me, but happy for her. I would recommend her to everyone!!
