I loved the place and the staff was really appreciable.
Called Pediatric Associates since my son has been going there for 7 years. Held on the phone for 45 minutes and the phone was never answered. My son had just had an accident and I decided to take him to the Weston Office, when I arrived was told they were too busy to see him. Drove to Pembroke Pines Office and was seen about 45 minutes later at the Pembroke Pines office. Terrible service at both locations.
Excellent. We saw the PA, Ms. Service. She was amazing, paid attention to detail. Showed genuine care. The wait was not bad at all, the only suggestion I would give is for bathrooms to be cleaner and have more sanitation (example: toilet seat covers and antibacterial soap). Other than that, I totally recommend pediatric associates Pembroke Pines.
