I’ve been with Lisa Sams State Farm for years with no issues and just canceled multiple policies over the way I was spoken to by Amy over the phone. This office has always been very helpful and polite but after being spoken to with complete disrespect I will be seeking services elsewhere. Very disappointing.

If I could select more stars, I would! I have dealt with a lot of insurance professionals over the years and Lisa was unique. She listened, she understood, she responded, she called after 5pm multiple times, she knew what was needed and she is a true professional. Lisa and her staff are so easy to deal with and are very accommodating. Dealing with insurance issues are never fun but Lisa makes it bearable. I am sure that Lisa is the best agent out there.
