This lengthy/updated review is worth reading before going. It reflects my experience accompanying my mother, who received hearing aids through her insurance by Dr. Lisa. Starting with scheduling: although the office gives the impression that they are extremely busy, it was actually easy to book appointments at the times we wanted.
