Awful — haven’t heard anything back since my first appointment that was less than 2 mins. She said “we’ll order you hearing aids” gave no further information. It’s now been over a month with no updates. I’ve tried to call many many times and got a couple answers then haven’t even gotten anyone to pick up in the last 2 weeks. It’s terrible service in a basement.

This lengthy/updated review is worth reading before going. It reflects my experience accompanying my mother, who received hearing aids through her insurance by Dr. Lisa. Starting with scheduling: although the office gives the impression that they are extremely busy, it was actually easy to book appointments at the times we wanted. The office is located at 311 St. Nicholas Ave, and the setup was surprising. The space looks more like a storage area converted into a clinic located in the basement.
